Patch Test App (deposit deducted off)

Service Description
This appointment is free of charge but you are required to pay a £10 deposit to secure your Eyebrow or Eyelash Tint Appointment. You will need to have a patch test even if you have had the tint done previously at another establishment. Please refrain from booking your Treatments online if you haven't yet been in for the Patch Test.
If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. When this notice is given, your deposit can either be transferred to a future appointment or refunded.* Please note a 20% bank refund fee plus a £0.50 surcharge will be deducted. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge and/or loss of deposit. In December, we change our cancellation/amendment policy from 48 hours to 72 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
