If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. When this notice is given, your deposit can either be transferred to a future appointment or refunded.* Please note a 20% bank refund fee plus a £0.50 surcharge will be deducted. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge and/or loss of deposit. In December, we change our cancellation/amendment policy from 48 hours to 72 hours.
