Service Description
An Allergy Test Patch is required at least 24 hour prior to the treatment. If you haven't already had this done, please don't book online. You can schedule your patch test via the online booking. A £5 deposit will secure your booking and be deducted from your treatment cost.
If you need to amend or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. When this notice is given, your deposit can either be transferred to a future appointment or refunded.* Please note a 20% bank refund fee plus a £0.50 surcharge will be deducted. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a charge and/or loss of deposit. In December, we change our cancellation/amendment policy from 48 hours to 72 hours. Thank you for your understanding.
