How we collect information from you and how it is stored.

When you purchase any of our services you will be asked to complete a Client Card. This will include information about any medical conditions which may affect our ability to provide the service you are requesting. Our insurers also request that we collect this information to ensure our customers wellbeing and to satisfy insurance requirements.
 

Most information that you provide is voluntary, however, we like to have a contact number so that we can send you SMS reminders about your appointments and with your permission, forward information that we feel may be of interest to you.
 

Our client record cards are stored on paper not on a computer.
 

If you have purchased a gift card to be delivered then we will take your address. This address information is not stored.
 

When we take payment your card details are captured and paper copies stored.
 

When you engage with us on social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest we will use your personal data (such as your username) to respond to you. These companies collect your data in compliance with their own GPDR.
 

Where you have tagged us in a tweet our response to you will be visible on our twitter feed (on the twitter website and on our own website)
 

You may request via our website to receive offers, events and salon updates.
 

We do not share your information with any third parties. The information we hold is given to your GDPR compliant therapist prior to your appointment and notes regarding your treatment will be added.
 

We always request written parental consent and an accompanying parent for clients under 16 years of age.
